How do I get started using my journal?
I created a video sharing how I use mine! Watch here. We also share different journal preps in our Instagram Stories each month to help you stay inspired. Join the VMP Society to see how our community gets the most out of their journals as well.
When do you ship orders? How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship every Monday and Thursday. Shipping time depends on where you are located, but domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do! When ordering multiple products, use codes 3ORMORE = 20% off or 10ORMORE = 27% off. We also include a code in our newsletter for a discount off one of our products each month! Sign up here to get the newsletter!
Can you send a note or gift wrap an order being shipped as a gift?
Yes, we can send a short (1-2 sentence) note with a gift order! Leave the wording you would like in the notes section of your order. We are not able to offer gift wrapping at this time.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you sell to boutiques?
Yes, we do! Contact us to see if there is availability in your town and to get pricing!
Can you customize journals or add a name?
No. We are unable to customize individual journals, but if you are looking to order more than 200, we have more flexibility with choosing colors and adding a logo or different text on the cover.
Can you design and produce a custom journal for me?
We do a limited number of custom projects depending on time, the complexity of journal and quantity of journals. Send us what you are looking for and I'd be happy to chat and give you more information!
Do you offer donations for fundraisers?
Because we get so many requests (and they're so hard to choose from!) we've decided not to donate products, but instead pre-plan our giving to two specific ministries. 15% of each purchase goes to Reciprocal Ministries International to provide meals for two schools in Haiti. About 450 students will get a hot meal every day of the school year thanks to your orders in our shop!
Can I pick up my order to cut out the shipping cost? I wish I could do this! Unfortunately, if I had pickups at home, I think I’d chat all day instead of getting work done!
What is the best/quickest way to reach you?
Email! All emails are responded to within 1-2 days or if over the weekend, on the next business day. Even amidst an unpredictable day of meetings or errands, shooting a quick email response is always possible. I don’t keep up with Facebook messages or Instagram direct messages very well. What are your refund and exchange policy? If you changed your mind, we are happy to refund the cost of any journals that are returned to us unopened. Shipping cost will still be charged but you will get a refund for the cost of the journal when it arrives back to our shop! Please contact orders@valmariepaper.com.
